RK Partners structures its opportunities through club deals in order to attract investments. We work together with fund managers for Distressed Private Equity if fund raising is necessary.
The desired profile consists of large companies without industry focus, which are in operation, with solid fundamentals, but present – or, according to industry and / or macroeconomic projections, tend to be subject to deterioration of its financial and / or operational sustainability in the coming years.
In order to avoid conflicts of interest, RK Partners never invests in its turnaround clients.
